Team Events Northern Ireland
SLAC offer a wide range of team games and programmes for groups. Using a range of physical, mental and skill based initiative tasks, our guides help to improve team building skills. Therefore, our experienced facilitators help to draw out learning from participants throughout.
Using carefully contrived games, we can delve into traits of effective teams. Including leadership, motivation, communication, organisation and problem solving.
As a mobile adventure centre, team games can be run in any location throughout Northern Ireland. However, they run best in an area of open space or park. SLAC offer half day, full day or multi day team development programmes.
Ice breakers are the perfect way to start your team programme. Helping participants to get into the right frame of mind for the day ahead. After that, expect to undertake a number of 20 minute initiative exercises in small groups. After lunch we have a number of team challenges to choose from including raft building, chariot racing or one of our many outdoor activities.
You may have clear goals and outcomes in mind. Therefore, SLAC will tailor the programme to meet your requirements.
