The Little Green Beach Hut
The Little Green Beach Hut is a seaside cabin offering self catering accommodation with spectacular views over Strangford Lough. Situated on Sketrick Island with access by causeway the cabin has shorefront access and is the perfect place to bird watch, take a quiet country stroll, try some outdoor activities or take a boat tour.
Facilities include open planned Kitchen / Living Room, Bedroom and Bathroom.
- Living area has straw chairs, wood burning stove and electric heaters keeping this warm country cabin toasty even in the winter months.
- Kitchen with storage cupboards, electric oven, hob and grill, sink and basin, fridge, toaster, kettle etc.
- Bedroom with double and single bunk bed. Sleeps 3.
- Bathroom with electric shower, cupboards, sink and wash hand basin, composting toilet.
- Bell Tent accommodation is available next to the bothy for more guests on request.
Perfect for small families, adventure seekers, artists, writers, jewellery workshops, intimate weddings etc.

Strangford Lough Activity Centre offer a wide range of outdoor activities to add to your stay. Or simply hire a canoe, kayak or paddle board
Walking
Take a short stroll around the island and catch a glimpse of Strangford Lough from the summit or head down to Delamont Country Park and stroll along the way marked paths.
Cycling Route 20
This 27 mile route along the western shores of Strangford Lough and drumlin country rewards cyclists with some of the finest views of the Lough to be had by bicycle. This route is part of regional cycle route 20.
Eating Out
With numerous high quality restaurants near by, why not check out Daft Eddies, Balloo House, The Poachers Pocket, Dufferin Arms or the Smugglers.
