Full Moon Paddle

Join us for a Full Moon Paddle on Strangford Lough. Firstly, the full moon is unique to witness from the water and no better place to do so, than from a kayak, SUP or canoe on a flat sea. The full moon in May is called the Flower Moon which is named after the abundant flowers that grow in the Northern Hemisphere in May. Departing at twilight you will be guided by an instructor for a paddle out onto Strangford Lough and around the islands. With a favourable forecast, we hope to have a great view of the stars and Moon. After that, we’ll return to base for some hot chocolate & treats.

Time: Meeting  at 19:30hrs to get kitted up, your tour will start shortly after. Wear swimsuit under your clothes if borrowing a wetsuit to avoid us witnessing two full moons!
