Archery at Strangford Lough Activity Centre
Archery is a fun and competitive group activity. Strangford Lough Activity Centre offers target archery using recurve bows. These are ideal for beginners and improvers. Using a bow & arrow, individuals and teams can score points by hitting the target face closest to the bulls eye. There is nothing quite like the thrill of hitting dead centre!
Hunger Games eat your heart out. Fancy yourself as Kaitness Everdeen, William Tell, Robin Hood or Arya from Game of Thrones? Let our team of archery instructors help you to get your eye in. With expert tuition, loads of games and competitions, this is a brilliant outdoor activity for all ages and abilities. Offering both adults and kids bows we can cater for all groups.
Archery is a great skill to learn and can now be used for the ‘skills’ section of the Duke of Edinburgh Award or Gaisce Presidents Award.
