Something a Bit Different
Bespoke Events are suitable for groups that want something a bit special or different. Often it starts with an initial phone call to discuss your needs and requirements. Then we can work together to add some creativity.
Strangford Lough Activity Centre can tailor an event specifically for your group. Whether you choose to go Hill Walking in the Mournes, Wet Bouldering at Bloody Bridge or Paddle Boarding and Kayaking on the Quoile River, we can bring all the equipment to you.
Often we find event organisers want to setup an event for a group of friends or colleagues, but don’t want the hassle of collecting payment, informing people of start times and answering questions about what to bring. This is the page where we can offer all that on your behalf. All you have to do is send them the link.

As parents of Opti Sailors we realise it can be difficult to get some ‘me time’ at the events throughout the country. SLYC event organisers have contacted us re the upcoming event and see what we can put on to keep parents and any non sailors entertained over the weekend.
 We are a multi activity centre based a short walk from SLYC and have paddle boarding and kayak hire available daily if you are a confident water user. We also offer instructor led sessions and tours in Paddle Boarding and Kayaking daily also.
If you’d like to experience a guided tour of the whole lough our boat tours might be the ticket.
If you just want the kids entertained while you go for coffee, maybe laser tag will give you some head space! (please note that we need 8 persons to make it viable). For more information please contact us on 07909721898

- Wear swimsuit under your clothes
- Wetsuit Boots / Water shoes
- Towel or Dry Robe
- Warm clothes to get changed into.
Nb. there are tipis to get changed in and a portaloo on site.
