Many of our activities are delivered as bespoke programmes, particularly for groups and organisations. If you are unsure which activity is most suitable, we are happy to offer guidance based on your aims, participant age, ability level, and time available.

There are many different ways to get in touch. Please be patient as we are often working with groups in remote environments. We will respond as soon as we possibly can.

Opening Hours

Generally you can contact us at any time on any day within reason!

Mon – Sun from 9am – 9pm

Meeting Point

For water sports activities we meet at the waters edge. Please note that there are no toilets or changing rooms here, so please wear a swimsuit under your clothes prior to arrival and bring a towel.
