Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) is the fastest growing watersport in the world. A mix between punting, surfing & canoeing. In other words, participants stand up on a wide & stable paddle board using an elongated paddle to power them forwards!
SUP is A form of slow tourism. Therefore it is a great way to enjoy the scenery, improve balance, fitness and technique. In Other Words it is a great way to explore some of the most picturesque parts of the country. Above all, this fantastic adventure sport is suitable for all ages and abilities. Simply put on a wetsuit & buoyancy aid and grab a board and paddle and follow our experienced instructors on a guided tour through remote islands and amazing scenery.
Using only the finest equipment, SLAC offer participants bespoke tours through the drumlin islands of Strangford Lough. Indeed, Red Paddle Boards are thought to be the leaders in the market place.
